It is my pleasure & privilege to bring inclusive classes to my community that are grounded in traditional yogic principles and informed by exercise science.

ABOUT ME

I have been practicing and studying yoga in the Victoria community for the past 10 years. As an avid lifelong runner, I faced running-related injuries in my late teens and early twenties which led me to adjust my movement habits and discover the world of yoga. Passionate about the holistic healing qualities and benefits I found within my own practice, I completed my 200-hour teaching certification at the Brahmanda School of Yoga in 2017 in order to share what I had gained with others. With a desire to learn more and to deepen my understanding of the body and mind, I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness at Camosun College, graduating to become a Registered Practicing Kinesiologist in 2021. As a lifelong learner, I continue to advance my education under the guidance of experienced teachers and yoga therapists, and through continuing education with the BC Association of Kinesiologists.
